1. Design…
Every product page on http://kalidadprintsandfavors.blogspot.com is listed with product code. This code is used as a reference for us to know which style you are interested in. Decide on which one will suit your needs.
You are welcome to customize! You may send us your own illustration, monogram, photo or any special idea to be applied on your desired item.
2. Details…
If you have the details already, you can email us to request for quotation, availability, and other relevant information. Check our contact information and reach us through phone or email. Contact us. We will be waiting for your go signal for us to proceed with the proofing.
3. Payment…
Upon confirmation of your orders, we will require at least 50% downpayment before processing of orders. Payment details will then be sent to you via your contact information such as email or phone number. A deposit of 50% will be required to start the proofing process. Balance is payable upon completion prior to shipping. Payment may be in cash or bank deposit at any BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands) branch or any credit card/Paypal accepted.
4. Proofing…
We'll work together to make the necessary changes until you give your approval. Comments & suggestions are always welcome. Up to 3 design updates will be accommodated. Succeeding updates will be charged accordingly. For the drafts (text), unlimited updates are allowed. Proofs will be sent via PDF file.
5. Production…
After the final draft has been approved, a "confirmation to print email" must be emailed to us to start the production. The turnaround time depends on how soon you will approve the design & draft and the availability of the materials.
