Specify in your message the product, design illustrations, monograms, photos or any special idea that you want to include in the project. You are welcome to customize! After assessing your order, we will send you the price quotation. We will be waiting for your go signal before we proceed with the proofing.
Payment
To confirm your order, we will require you to pay at least 50% downpayment to start the design process. Payment details will then be sent to you via your contact information such as email or phone number. Balance is payable upon completion prior to shipping. Payment may be in cash or bank deposit at:
Proofing
We will do the project design based on your project description and we will work together to make the necessary changes until you give your approval. Comments and suggestions are always welcome. Up to 3 design updates will be accommodated. Succeeding updates will be charged accordingly. For the drafts (text), unlimited updates are allowed. Proofs will be sent via PDF file.
Production
After the final draft has been approved, a "confirmation to print email" must be emailed to us to start the production. The turnaround time depends on how soon you will approve the design draft and the availability of the materials.
